Ordering Process, FAQ & Useful Information

  •  Primary Use: Consider what the main function of the counter or desk will be. For reception desks, think about the need for guest interaction, security features, and administrative tasks. Will you need lockable storage display space etc?
  • Equipment Housing: Will the reception desk need to have integrated computers, printers, and communication devices?

  •  Measurements: Accurately measure the available space. Consider doorways, existing furniture, and walkways to ensure the new counter or desk fits comfortably.


  • Traffic Flow: Think about how the placement of the desk will affect the flow of traffic in the area. It should facilitate an intuitive and efficient movement.

  •  Style Consistency: The design should complement the existing decor and branding of the business. Consistency in style creates a professional appearance. If you have seen a reception desk that you already like, please send a photo so we can see your vision, this will also help our design team create the perfect counter for your needs


  • Material Choices: Decide on materials that not only look good but are also durable and suitable for the business environment. Popular choices include wood, metal, glass, and composite materials. If you are not sure, our sales team can advise you on materials and finish.

  • Cost Estimate: Have a clear budget in mind and discuss this with the company. Understand what factors can influence the cost, such as materials and complexity of design.  We have a wide range of materials and solutions to meet the budget of most customers from a small reception desk to a full office fit out, we aim to meet the custom needs of each customer

  • Production Time: Please let our sales team know when you require your counter, We aim to exceed customer expectation but if our manufacturing schedule is full this may lea


  • Please be aware that amendments to the final design may lead to a later lead time. 


  • Installation Process: Please discuss your installation needs with our sales agents, Our sales team can guide you through the process and possible factors you may need to consider

  • In some cases we may ask for a design deposit, This ensures you get the right design for your needs before the counters are manufactured. 


  • Our Counters and reception desks are bespoke and designed for each customer, this means that we are not able to sell the products on to other customers and for this reason in most cases payment will be needed before delivery. 
  • Please speak to our sales team about payment terms when discussing your order. (First time orders and individual small orders will need payment before displact)
