Top Tip: It's always a good idea to sketch a simple floor plan and take photos of the area where you want the counter to be installed.

• Please be aware that amendments to the final design may lead to a later lead time. 

• Installation Process: Please discuss your installation needs with our sales agents, Our sales team can guide you through the process and possible factors you may need to consider

• In some cases we may ask for a design deposit, This ensures you get the right design for your needs before the counters are manufactured. 

• Our Counters and reception desks are bespoke and designed for each customer, this means that we are not able to sell the products on to other customers and for this reason in most cases payment will be needed before delivery. 
• Please speak to our sales team about payment terms when discussing your order. (First time orders and individual small orders will need payment before displact) 

We highly recommend sketching a simple floor plan of the area where you want the counter to go, accurately measuring the area and noting any obstacles (doors, pillers etc), sketch this out on a piece of paper and then take a photo of the sketch and send it in an email along with a photos of the area taken from different angles.
